Sr. Java Developer

Responsibilities:
 
  • Design, Develop, and maintain distributed Java applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the best practices and standards.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high quality software.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing systems and processes
  • Participate in 1 week production support on-call rotations every 5-6 weeks

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Java development background
  • Solid experience with Java batch, Restful, SOAP and Spring

Preferred Skills:
  • Angular
  • Spring Boot
  • JQuery and Javascript
  • DB2
