Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Junior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain custom applications. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or early-career professional who has mastered the fundamentals of the Salesforce platform and is ready to apply their skills in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Certification: Must hold a valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) credential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOQL/SOSL, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Platform Basics: Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, security settings (Profiles, Permission Sets), and standard objects.
Preferred Skills:
Active participation in the Salesforce Trailblazer Community or local user groups.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Hands-on experience through internships or significant Trailhead project completions.

- Integration Support: Assist in connecting Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and debug code to ensure high-quality, reliable deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Administrators and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system changes and custom logic.
